We collect the information you provide in your membership application: your name, photograph, email, phone number, date of birth, gender, country, city, occupation, organisation, what you are working on and your reason for joining.
This information is used only to review your application, manage your membership and issue your Doers HQ membership ID. Public membership verification pages show only your name, membership number, membership status and the year you joined. Your email, phone number and date of birth are never shown publicly.
Member records are stored securely and access is limited to Doers HQ administrators. You can update your details at any time from your member area, or contact us to request removal of your record.
